How to insert a link in your Instagram Post - Alternative Ways

 Today, I am going to show you how you can insert link in an Instagram post. Instagram don't allow users to insert Clickable links in its post. Even if you add it in your post, it is unclickable. If you want your users to visit your website from Instagram, check out some ways in which you can do it

1. Bio: Instagram allow it's users to add a website's link in bio section. Add a link there and ask users to visit your website using the link in bio. To do this, Go to your Instagram Profile tab and click edit profile. Then type your link address (Or paste) in the website section. Any link posted here is an hyperlink and can be clicked. One disadvantage of bio linking is that you can only add one link at one time. 

2. Use a link shortner: You can short your link using a link shortner and add a rememberable subdirectory (Sub Directory is the part after the / (for.eg in aeroeleib.com/hello, hello is the subdirectory). Users can remember the short link and paste in the browser and visit your link. You have to remember to remember that it won't get you so much visits but it still can help a little

3. Share links in your story: Keep sharing links in your story. This can get you many links because the link in the story is Clickable. This is the best way to show your link to visitors

4. Share links in IGTV: You can also share links in IGTV because links in IGTV video can be copied and your users can copy the link and add in there browser to visit it

5. Pay for a sponsored Instagram Post: You can pay for a sponsered Instagram post because links in sponsered Instagram posts are Clickable. The sponsered will appear to people who don't follow you but fall withing your target range. In a sponsered post, you can directly add a url. No short link or copy paste required

Soon, Facebook is launching a feature in which Instagram will automatically detect links in posts and display a pop up to the user and ask if they want to pay to make there link Clickable. The fees has been told $2 but the real price will be known after the feature rolls out
